Featured photos and availability
The homepage displays selected profile photos. Those photos do not indicate that a person is online, available to chat or guaranteed to appear in your matches. Availability changes, and a match does not guarantee a particular person or waiting time.
Age requirements and profile checks
ChitChatGG TV is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Women joining the platform are asked to record a video of themselves, which the platform uses to check their age. This describes the age-check method for women’s profiles; it does not mean every participant has completed a document-based identity check.
An age check cannot guarantee a person’s intentions or the safety of every conversation. A profile photo alone is not evidence of verification. For questions about the checks that apply to an account, contact support. Report any concern that a participant may be under 18.
Reporting, blocking and help
You can report a woman who breaks the rules using the report control on her profile. Use the available block controls when needed, and leave conversations that make you uncomfortable. You can also send a safety concern or a request to review an account issue to [email protected].
Include relevant account references and a description of what happened. Live human customer support is available 24 hours a day for top-ups and technical issues. Do not send passwords or full card details. No online service can guarantee another participant’s behaviour or prevent every unwanted interaction.
Private conversation does not mean capture-proof
Another participant may capture a conversation using their device or external software. Avoid sharing information you would not want saved or shared. Platform data handling is a separate matter; consult the Privacy Policy.
Paid features and purchase decisions
Paid conversations use coins; usage details are available on the matching page. VIP includes 719 coins, 5 matches and 10 messages for one month. Membership expires automatically without automatic renewal or a further automatic charge. No manual cancellation is needed. Subscribe again yourself if you would like another month.
