Know what a profile can tell you

Women joining the platform submit a recorded video of themselves for an age check. A photo or display name alone is not proof of identity or current availability. No online service can guarantee another person’s intentions. Stay alert to pressure, requests for money and attempts to move the conversation to an unfamiliar site.

Leave, report and block

If a conversation makes you uncomfortable, end it. Report rule-breaking behaviour using the report control on the woman’s profile. Use the available block controls to limit unwanted contact. You do not need to stay in a call to be polite.

Keep sensitive details to yourself

• Do not share passwords, verification codes, card numbers or account access.
• Be careful with your full name, address, workplace, phone number and social accounts.
• Assume another person could capture what appears on a live call or in a message.
• Review the product's privacy policy for how data is handled.

Check permissions on mobile

Your browser asks for camera and microphone access when video needs them. Only allow those permissions for the site you intended to use, and review them in your browser settings when you are done. Private text can be an easier first step if you are not ready to turn on video.
